hi, i’m dee

I’m just an ordinary girl with an extraordinary story

I was living the western dream when my entire world came crashing down. During my early forties, my ex-partner, husband, his best friend, and my father all died unexpectedly within a few years of each other. Consumed by an unexplainable grief, their deaths seemed to trigger a deep sense of loss that was hidden inside of me. I realised I had abandoned myself so completely as I searched for love in all the wrong places, and their deaths became the catalyst for my growth and transformation.

I gave up my corporate job at the BBC and became a yoga teacher, hell bent on finding a way through the unshakeable pain that clung to my heart. Yet despite immersing myself in the spiritual world for years, I still struggled to make sense of life. Nothing seemed to ease the emptiness inside, until one day I stopped everything, and sat in the silence where I connected to the quiet voice within.

It was then that I started to heal.

everything changed when I made the decision to heal.

I travelled the world with my children, spending years in India and Bali learning from the people and the land.  As Mother Nature taught me how to reconnect to my true essence I finally learnt how to transmute my pain into love.

After 7 years my transformation was complete and I returned home to the UK to share my story with the world.

today I’m a presence teacher and published author.

Over the past decade I have helped thousands of people through my books, podcasts, live talks and more.

I provide down to earth spiritual guidance and people tend to find me when they’re going through a major shift in life.

I help people connect more deeply to themselves.

do good, be good, keep the faith, have fun.

To be spiritual, is to be a good person.

The pure love inside your heart is what really counts.

Whilst there are many pathways into spirituality, the essence of it is very simple. To me spirituality can be summed up by these few words:

Do good, be good, keep the faith and have fun.

1-1 spiritual coaching

We achieve ‘goodness’ by living authentically, putting one foot in front of the other allowing life to teach you all you need to know.

The process is messy at times, yet we learn some of our greatest lessons when we screw up and make mistakes.

It takes courage and a brave heart to break down the barriers inside the mind, but when the mind is freed from limiting beliefs you can open up to a world of infinite possibilities.

And if I can do it, so can you.
